We do our work on an unusual basis. You sign no contract, and have no fixed commitment to us. You are billed monthly on a fixed price basis, plus direct costs incurred as part of your campaign. Any time you wish to end your service, simply let us know and stop paying the bills. Our only security, and our only way to stay in business, is to meet your needs on a continuing basis.

We also include, in our service, hosting of your site at no fee. We provide this service without charge so that we know you have a reliable hosting service, and so that the site logs, which are crucial for our ongoing traffic analysis and assessment and adjustment of your Web marketing campaign, will be properly maintained and available. This benefit alone is worth a substantial part of our fee.

Our prices are lower than typical prices for these services, because we make extensive use of the latest technology to reduce the labor in what we do, and, frankly, because we are developing a small business catering to a clientele with whom we have a continuing relationship as we help develop their business over the years. We focus on keeping our clients, and we are not continuously seeking new clients--constant marketing efforts drive up the cost of the business.

A typical price that is charged by a large organization for search engine optimization alone is $150 per page, without site design consulting, hosting or any other services.

Our fixed fee is $350 per month, with all services included. The only option is a reciprocal link campaign, which, because of the effort involved, must be priced separately.

Positioning

Traffic is brought to the site by positioning the home page as many as ten additonal pages on the site. This is done by selecting important keywords that are popular with Internet search engines, and then adjusting several pages on the site to obtain good position in search engine results for those terms. All the adjusted pages are announced to the important search engines on a continuing basis.

Paid Inclusion

There are a number of directories on the Internet, such as Yahoo Some are free, and some charge a fee for inclusion. We will submit your site for listing in the worthwhile free directories, and we will recommend certain paid directories for inclusion of your site. If you authorize the charge, we will submit your site to our recommended paid inclusion search engines.

Pay Per Click

Some search engines charge fee for each time a searcher clicks on the listing to reach your site. These are called "pay per click", or PPC, search engines. There is a growing number of these, with widely varying effectiveness. Strategies for managing PPC accounts, to get the most qualified site visitors at the lowest cost, are an important part of search engine optimization today. We make considerable effort to keep abreast of the latest developments in PPC technology and strategies for using it. As part of our service, we will manage your PPC accounts for you, to deliver the highest quality of traffic at the lowest possible cost.

Log Analysis

The log produced by your Web server, which has an entry every time a visitor requests information from your site, is an invaluable tool. We are abreast of the state of the art in log analysis; in fact, we have relationships with vendors of tools for log analysis and other Web measurement features, and we are helping to determine the future of log analysis. We will apply the very latest tools to your site log. We can actually measure which search terms and which sources of traffic have the greatest business effectiveness for you, and use that information to target the sources of traffic that will bring real business results.

Reciprocal Link Campaign

If your site has links to other sites, and they link back to your site, both sites can benefit from traffic that is referred. In addition, several important search engines, notably Google,treat a site with a large number of incoming links as more important, and hence give such a site a higher position in search engine results. If you would like us to conduct a reciprocal link campaign for you, we can quote a fixed price for such a campaign based on an assessment of your goals and the specific characteristics of your site.
